This led us to develop a new type of foundational AI model — a large lineage model (LLiM). While others trained AI on internet text, we trained Linea AI on billions of real data flows happening within companies. This breakthrough enables Linea AI to identify risks with unmatched precision.

‍Today, we’re announcing some exciting enhancements to Linea AI:

Let Linea AI Decide

First, we’re introducing a new feature called “Let Linea AI Decide,” which layers Linea AI’s intelligence on findings from monitoring policies to assess their severity more accurately and dynamically. When creating a policy, select “Let Linea AI decide whether to create incidents,” and you’ll only have incidents created for activity that is deemed High or Critical Severity. This allows you to enforce broad policies while focusing on the findings that truly matter.

Fine Tuning

Next, we’ve introduced new data fields on incidents with suggested Datasets and Policies to help create new policies. One of the great things about Linea AI is that it detects risks without any policies in place. Once you see a blind spot in your policies, you might want to enact a warning policy to educate users about risky behavior or a blocking policy to stop risky activity altogether. To help, Linea AI suggests both the automatically classified dataset type and policy type so you can easily create new policies.

We’ve also introduced new capabilities to tune the Large Lineage Model, allowing you to exclude specific sources and destinations, such as trusted domains. For example, if your company recently acquired a company or regularly works with another independent subsidiary, you can exclude them from the analysis.

Content Understanding

Finally, we’re proud to announce a major investment in computer vision and multi-modal analysis powered by the world’s most advanced frontier AI models, all running securely and privately within your Cyberhaven tenant. 

We call it content understanding because it’s a dramatically more powerful, accurate, and comprehensive approach than the piecemeal tactics that defined content inspection – and data security – in the past.

For example, Linea AI can correctly identify and understand the content in images, from harmless memes to screenshots of product schematics. We’ve even extended this capability to include screenshots captured by the Cyberhaven agent. That means Linea AI has even more awareness of what the user intended to do.
